You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
To start a return, open your order page — the link is in your confirmation and shipping emails — and hit "Start a return". Tell us what went wrong and we'll answer within one business day.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or wasn't the item you ordered — in those cases we cover return shipping and email you a prepaid label to print.
Sometimes we'll simply ask you to keep the item. On an inexpensive disc the postage can cost more than the disc, so we refund you and you keep it — that's not a mistake on our end.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back to us — or within 5 business days of our reply, if we told you to keep it.
